TERMS OF SERVICE – MARLOO

Overview
This website is operated by MARLOO. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors.

1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.

All prices are listed in AUD.

2. Limited Drops
All MARLOO releases are produced in limited quantities. Once a product sells out, it may not be restocked.

Due to the exclusivity of our drops, all sales may be considered final unless the item is faulty.

3. Pre-Orders
Some products are offered on a pre-order basis. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept:

  • Production time may take 2–6+ weeks

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing or logistics

  • Updates will be provided where possible, but are not guaranteed

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.

4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding pre-orders).

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. MARLOO is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Damage caused during transit

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is faulty or incorrect

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Delays in shipping

6. Sizing & Fit
MARLOO garments are designed with custom fits. Slight variations in sizing may occur due to production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before purchasing. We are not liable for incorrect sizing choices.

7. Intellectual Property
All MARLOO designs, logos, graphics, and content are owned by MARLOO and are protected by copyright laws.

Any reproduction, copying, or unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
MARLOO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
